Reund Policy

At Dorofora, your happiness is our top priority. We want you to love every gift you give or receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your order within 72 hours of receiving it, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to ensure you're happy with the resolution.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to appear.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dorofora.com, and we will respond promptly.

Returns

If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you wish to return it for any reason, please reach out to us at support@dorofora.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. After this time, we are unable to process returns.

Please note, a flat-rate return handling fee of $7.95 per item will be charged. Return requests can only be processed within 72 hours of delivery.

Broken or Damaged Items

If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture of the item along with your order number to support@dorofora.com, and we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we have a 3-hour cancellation window. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders as they are likely already packed and scheduled for shipment.

If you do miss the cancellation window, you may return the item for a refund, minus the transaction fee imposed by the payment gateway.

Payment Gateway Transaction Fees

Please note that payment gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay) charge non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7%. Refunds will be subject to the applicable transaction fee for the payment method used. For example, PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee. If you cancel an order of $100, your refund would be $95.50.

For orders under $99, a flat fee of $7.95 will be deducted to cover the transaction fee.

Personalized Products

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for products with personalization (names, dates, or special messages). However, we offer store credits or discounts of up to 50% if you're not satisfied with the personalization.

Customer Error

Please ensure all customizations and order details are accurate before submitting your order, as we cannot accept returns due to customer errors. If you need help, we're happy to assist, and we will do everything we can to ensure you're satisfied.

Holiday Season Policy

During the busy holiday season, we do our best to ensure all gifts arrive on time. However, due to high demand and factors beyond our control, delays may occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders delayed by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
